13 years ago, I was attending a class that I chose by myself; Change Management. At the first page of the book, it mentioned that Change is Constant. There is several steps how to make the change in an organization and what kind of type of persons there will be during the process. It seems very easy to understand the book and to pass the exam. But it is not that easy to pass through in real life.

But, Destiny is in our hand. We are the one who make decision about our own life. We are the one who decide how we want to response to the change. We can resist it, accept it, we change as well, etc.

For my condition, I can say, I utilize the moment of the change in our organization, to come out from my comfort zone. Many people do not understand for the decision I have made. I have been in one company with very stable growth, with glorious achievement during my 11.5 years tenure. I use the excuse of the management change in the company, to go out, and  to see the world.

One side, people thought I was beaten, lose in the internal politics battle. Another side, and not many people can see it, I am in victory of my own battle. I finally came out from the comfort zone, and going to experience new adventure in my life. And as we said, Adventure, there is definitely a feeling of insecure and in the same time also excitement. But that’s how I would like my mindset growth. I would like to face challenges so that I continue to grow.  And I am in right path.
