Recently, I made a radical change and decission in my life. I quitted from my 11.5 years job. I have been in a very good position, as top important person in the company. Many people couldnt understand about the decisions. People thought I am downgrade to lower “job title”. But this might not be the truth. From other perspective, I am going to join a big company in the world. Leadership is not from the title anyway. And I believe in my own wings. So We dont need to afraid how we get into a company. The most important thing is how we thrive become a somebody in a big company. And I am very excited about it.
