Many people were asking and questioning about the decission I have made. Why I would like to take the job with smaller role than what I have now in current company. Some people thought I have been beaten. That I am not strong. The truth is vice versa. I am very strong. I against the norm.    I dare to come out from comfort zone. I want to feel the unconfortable so that I always alert and live the life in full attention. I want to put myself into condition of the pressure so that I can become more creative and find my own path to achieve what I have dream of. And I think I am in right way.
