I always say to the team that we are like in learning process. It’s like playing game. In the very beginning of our career we are still level 1, with simple assignment. If we can pass thru it then we will go to the next level and so on. This proccess has no shortcut. We gotta earn it to level 10. Then usually aftwr level 10, you can just continue repeat this last level 10 or you would like to choose another game which has more complexity and difficulty. And you might want to start it from level 1. Because you have the experience into level 10 at the first game, perhaps you can get into level 5 very quickly then gradually improving the skills and capability to level 10 again. And repeat this overall circle again. By this we continiously to have new excitement, new skills, developmeny and go to the biggest most complicated layer; government, worldwide.
