Sometimes we become automatically unconciously running life without break and breathe. When things happened, it remind us to pause, take the breathe and pay attention to our surround. There is so much love from family. At the end we work for them anyway. 

Jogging around resident this morning and met a granny who owned chain restaurants. She is 75 years old now and still very active. Still running her own business, working every day as others. Surprisingly in between her busy time, she also an UBER driver! Reason to do it? Just for networking, meet up new people and fun! Btw, have I mentioned that she has beautiful big house and grandchildren already? 
Enjoy life! Life is a journey.

The path to succeed is not a straight line. Leave all the benefits and comfort zone there and started the adventure. Riding the roller coster. Sometimes it is up and sometimes it is down. And u cant predict the road. And it is so fast when it is up and down. So fast, that u can event blink or breathe or think about what will be the next. The road seems become not as easy when we are still single and no kids. No matter what, just enjoy the ride!

We just talked about people who annoyed our life.. we just need to observe. As time goes by, we’ll see the change. It’s like the wheel, sometimes at above, sometimes at below. So, the best thing to do is to observe, do not put 100%.

Growth mindset. While thriving for the perfection to achive the dream, accept as well the failure, and rise up, and persistenly not giving up, become snow ball that glidding up the hill.

Recently have reunion with friends from previous company, hear the news that 4 of the core team was leaving. During the conversation, everybody seems no complaints but why need to leave in sudden and together? 

Money cant buy people’s passion. Leadership do. Even though some people stay but is it really because of the money offering? 

50:50. The point is turning. 

After some months out from my previous company, I get to see the real world, and it is soooo big. As I worked in Top 5 big company in the world, I got the newest updated technology information. I could feel the change and the shifting. Glad to be in this company and I think I am on right track. Met up with some friends and it reminded me 13 years back which pretty much to have similar conversation about future. World is big. Opportunity is big. 

Take this chance to accept my own karma. Learn to see from different perspectives to complet my life lessons. There is no way to look back. No regret. Just can continue move on. I belive when we want something big, the universe will conspire to make it happened. I am happy that i am on my track. I am building up my own empire. To feel accomplishment of what I make as what I passionate. Dream big. 

Few days ago had lunch with a senior from the field. From other people perspective i have chosen wrong path for my career. Indeed this place and the position is too boring to continue on. But.. is this a failure? Not very sure. 50:50. The failure can be the greatest opportunity to grow more. Think more creative, do more. Whatever we do, seriously in the next 10 years continuously will definitively bring good result. Keep on the faith.
