Acting as sheep doesnt mean we are dull. Its just balancing and to gain allies. Once a manager ever told me that customer is so smart that let people recognized it and became very careful to have business with him. So be a sheep doesnt mean dull, but it is a real smart. 

Today is the second round of governor vote. The minority candidate is going to lose. Many talks about this. Actually no matter who is the winner or not, anyway from the point of view of the lose one, if he is so good and he is not going to win, it will not be his lost, but the country. Beside, in other view he will live happily rather than in fear of safety of his family 🙂 

I have been riding online taxi for 50 times since I made the change. It has been a great journey for me. Sometimes I used my time to catch up my product knowledge learning. Sometimes to have motivation and inspiration stories on youtube. It is also a good chance dor me to listen to music and songs I like. And it is a great journey to talk with the driver with many siffwrent story about their life, their family, their experince. Sometimes with their funny gesture. Sometimes with drama. Sometimes like a father look feeling. It has been a great journey in this 50 timea of online taxi.

The true happiness is just to be ourselves. But in this world many people have to be poker face, FAKE, in order to survive. If we dont understand, why we dont ask? If we dont like it, why we say we like it. If we dont want to do it, why we do. Somtimes fake or poker face needed for good reason. 

During my experience when I stepped down from the mountain, we could see the true friendship and partnership. It’s a bit disgusting seeing some people that do not have the wisdom and lick up the higher management. Surprisingly, these kind of person are usually mediocre, and not at the high position person. While the real higher position person are not acting in that way. They value the partnership and they know that networking is very important. Our networking will form the dot between the dot. But mediocre can not understand and can noy see this. Therefore they will please somebody just for their current position, not based on the value and the attitude he has.

I have chat with old friend. He said that because the business is dropping in Indonesia so he need to come often and stay longer. He was travelling arround in the past and that sacrifice his relationship with his family. Perhaps in another side he gets  all the  credits but he lost his family intimacy and relationship. At the end, what matter is the happiness. Happy to see the kids grow up, happy to enjoy moment with family. 

I have another meet up with a great person. He is a mentor of me and because of his decisions that made me have the opportunity as I am today. In our chat, he mentioned about his dream and his position right now made him has the responsibility to stay and continue doing what he is doing. So, 50:50. We think we are great at high position with high benefits but perhaps we dont really pursue what we wany to in our life. Because of the responsibility. In my love letter to my bosses I indicated the things happened because of my unconscious mind. I dont want to be at that position because it will bound me with the responsibility and its not my dream to be in that way.

Today I met my frenz from oversea. I rarely meet up people who can see opportunity as in my condition and has similar thinking as me. He see it as opportunity which many people couldn’t understand when I told my storie and so I gave them different packages. But this guy is genius. He ha 5 different opportunities for me. He is such a genius guy. 50:50. I dont regret for the decisions i had made because without those I didn’t have this wonderful chat. 

These 2 days, I am making a plan for my journey in every 12 years. In every 12 years, I shall have the target and achievement that Part of my dream. Every 12 years. As I just finished my first one, now I am entering my second 12 years. As I expected totally 4 times, it means I will still continue to learn and grow until I am 70 years old. I hope when I am entering my third circle, I am doing something worlwide exposures and for humanity. I have the list of training and things that I wanna do till my 4th circle of 12 years 🙂
